Democratic values lie within the hearts and in the actions of free people who are capable of making informed decisions when given unfettered access to information.
Current
Topic:
Freedom of speech, right of informed choice and anti-trust laws against monopolies are currently being threatened by legislation written to favor the medical establishment in New Jersey.
This legislation is disguised as a Dieticians Licensing Bill, which, if passed, will disallow any but medically trained dieticians to discuss health, food, nutrition, supplements and weight-loss on any level and with any person.
Present
Danger:
If passed in New Jersey, a precedent will be set for similar legislation to pass in other states. This effort will accomplish what the combined forces of the pharmaceutical and medical industries, with the help of the FDA, have been unable to accomplish constitutionally on a federal level: it ultimately, if passed state by state, will outlaw the dissemination nationwide of all natural and alternative information
This action is proposed censure of information that is not understood or endorsed by the medical establishment but should be openly accessible in a free society. Information that would be banned by this legislation includes drugless health options such as the use of non-GMO and organic foods, herbs, essential oils, flower essences, energy healing, supplements and holistic nutrition.
Health
Freedom Choices available today include:
Medical care, natural alternative care or a combination of both.
Currently, legislators are proposing state laws to muffle all
those who are not medically trained registered dieticians from
counseling on food and health issues. Holistic and drugless
health modalities are fields which dieticians have little to
no training and no interest either since these options are generally
the antithesis is of medical options, which dieticians represent.
The result of this censure of the natural health field would be the construction of an information and business monopoly for the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries and the denial of our Constitutional rights to be informed, to freedom of speech and to freedom of choice.
We have a right to know our health options.

Contact New Jersey Senators and Assemblymen:They are currently debating the Food and Nutrition Censorship Bill disguised as a Registered Dieticians Licensing Bill.
Tell them that licensing dieticians is fine, but do not at the same time outlaw all other sources for information on food, weight-loss, supplementation, holistic nutrition and diet.
